This Privacy Policy describes how Kikomedy GmbH ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Play RPS application ("App"). By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information. The App operates on the Solana blockchain and requires only a Solana wallet address to function.
The following data is used solely for gameplay:
All game transactions (match creation, moves, settlements) occur on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible by nature. We do not control this data and cannot delete or modify it. No additional personal data is collected beyond what is inherent to blockchain transactions.
We do not collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, location data, device identifiers, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, cookies, analytics data, or any other personal information. The App does not use tracking technologies of any kind.
The App interacts with the Solana blockchain network. Transactions are processed by Solana validators operating the Solana network. You may also use third-party wallet providers (such as the Seeker Wallet, Phantom, or Solflare) to sign transactions. These third parties have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
Since we do not collect or store personal data, there is no personal data for us to secure. Your wallet security is your own responsibility. We strongly recommend using a reputable wallet provider and safeguarding your private keys.
The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has accessed the App, please contact us.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any data with third parties for marketing purposes. Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to share. Publicly visible blockchain data is, by nature of the Solana network, accessible to anyone.
We do not retain personal data because we do not collect it. On-chain data (transactions, match results) is retained permanently on the Solana blockchain and is outside our control.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Because we do not collect or process personal data, these rights are inherently satisfied. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Note that blockchain data cannot be erased due to the immutable nature of distributed ledgers; this is an inherent characteristic of the technology and is acknowledged as such under guidance from EU data protection authorities.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not collect, sell, or share personal information, so these rights are inherently satisfied.
While we do not store personal data, we maintain reasonable security practices for our infrastructure, including TLS encryption for all web traffic, regular security reviews of our smart contracts, and secure handling of our operational systems. In the unlikely event of a security incident affecting users, we will post a notice on this page and attempt to notify affected users via on-chain mechanisms where possible.
By using the App, you consent to your interaction with the Solana blockchain regardless of your location. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the App complies with local laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Material changes will be announced through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
